Civic Connections Recap

The first-ever Civic Connections meeting took place at the Spencer Center last month. Civic Connections aims to provide students of varying disciplines an opportunity to network by arranging a time and space to meet students outside of their major. Despite the smaller turnout, this goal was achieved. Regardless of how many or how few, the connections you make during your college years can have lifelong impacts. The network you create can help you find access to better job opportunities and even give you a leg up in your desired industry.

The next Civic Connections meeting will be held on October 31, from 9:30 to 10:30. Be on the lookout for registration posters in the next coming days.
