The LGBTQ+ Victory Institute brings outstanding LGBTQ+ college students to Washington, DC, for an 8- or 10-week intensive leadership program, including an internship with an LGBTQ-friendly member of Congress or caucus. This is a paid opportunity and includes a living stipend, housing in DC, travel to/from DC, transportation stipend, and travel/registration to the International LGBTQ Leaders Conference in December 2024.

The internship is open to current LGBTQ undergraduate students of all genders, orientations, abilities, races, and political affiliations, including people with majors other than political science. If you’re interested in public service, building your leadership skills, and working on advocacy, this is the internship for you!
