Once students express their interest in the program, they will be matched with a mentor based on a number of criteria including, but not limited to their field of interest and career aspirations. The program will typically involve regular meetings, either in person or virtually, where mentors and students can discuss various career focused topics such as career goals, professional development, and industry trends.
Participating in the mentorship program offers numerous benefits for both the student and the mentor. The duration of the mentorship program typically is for four months, or for one semester to ensure meaningful engagement; however, the mentorship relationship can extend beyond the program duration if both parties mutually agree to continue their connection.

This inquiry form will ask you to share a little about yourself including your employment history, your interests and goals, and your availability. The program coordinator will then review your form and make suitable mentor-mentee matches based on compatibility and shared interests.
